    You will be invoiced once the form has been received and processed by Medilink Midlands.

    Auto-Renewal Process


    Approximately one month before your membership expires, you will receive an invoice for the forthcoming year.
    Invoices will need to be paid within 30 days to maintain your continuous membership and all the benefits that it
    brings.


    In the unlikely event that you do not wish to renew, simply inform us at least one month before the end of your
    membership or immediately on receipt of the renewal invoice and any renewal invoice will be cancelled (N.B. All
    other invoices for event attendance etc will remain due).
